What should I do if I break down on the motorway?
Pull onto the hard shoulder or into an emergency area if you can, switch on your hazard lights and get out on the left. Wait behind the barrier, well away from the traffic, then call us on 01474 550308. If you can’t get off the live lane, stay in the car with your seatbelt on and call 999.
Which motorways do you cover?
We recover vehicles on the M25, M20, M2, M26, A2 and A282, including the Dartford Crossing. Our base at Manor Way Business Park sits right by the A2 and M25.
How long will I wait on the motorway?
Our average arrival time is 30–45 minutes. When you call, we’ll give you an honest arrival time before we set off, and keep you updated.
