Questions

Common questions

Can’t see your question? Call us any time, day or night. We’re happy to help.

How quickly can you get to me?

Our average arrival time is 30–45 minutes. It depends on where you are and the traffic, and we’ll give you an honest time when you call.

Are you really open 24/7?

Yes. We answer the phone and send trucks out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

What should I do while I wait?

Get somewhere safe: the hard shoulder, an emergency area or as far left as you can. Put your hazard lights on, get out on the passenger side and wait behind the barrier. If you’re in danger or stopped in a live lane, call 999 first.

Do you recover electric and hybrid cars?

Yes. Our operators are trained in EV recovery (IVR VR27) and follow manufacturer-approved procedures for high-voltage vehicles.

Can you recover a car if I’ve lost the keys?

Yes. Our keyless recovery service moves your vehicle safely without keys, so you can get it home or to a dealer.

What areas do you cover?

We’re based at Manor Way Business Park (DA10) and cover Kent and the South East, including the M25, M20, M2 and A2.

How much will it cost?

It depends on your vehicle, where you are and where it’s going. Call us with the details and we’ll give you a clear, honest price for your job.

Do you work with breakdown providers?

Yes. We work alongside the AA, the RAC, FMG and National Highways.
