Underground car parks, multi-storeys, low garages and narrow alleys are often impossible for a recovery truck to get into. That’s where our TowTrack comes in.
The TowTrack is a compact, remote-controlled tracked machine. It slides under your vehicle, lifts it by its wheels and drives it out to our truck, so it doesn’t matter if the car won’t start, has no keys or is stuck in park. We then load it and take it wherever it needs to go.

What is a HIAB recovery?
A HIAB is a lorry-mounted crane. It lets us lift a vehicle out of tight or awkward spots, such as ditches, car parks or gardens, where a ramp can’t reach.
Can you recover low and prestige cars?
Yes. Our specialist kit lets us load low, prestige and sports cars without scraping or damage.
What is TowTrack recovery?
The TowTrack is a compact, remote-controlled tracked machine that lifts a vehicle by its wheels and drives it out of places a recovery truck can’t get into, such as underground car parks and tight spaces.
Can you recover a car from an underground car park?
Yes. Our TowTrack fits under low height barriers, so we can bring your vehicle out to street level and load it onto our truck. Tell us the car park and level when you call.
How quickly can you get to me?
Our average arrival time is 30–45 minutes. It depends on where you are and the traffic, and we’ll give you an honest time when you call.
